How to Return

Hire, wear, return. Look fabulous at your next event in 3 simple steps:

1. Return via post
    • Please do not attempt to wash or dry clean your item, We will dry clean the item upon return ready for the next person to enjoy! 
    • Fold the worn item(s) and place in our provided prepaid return satchel.
    • Return your item in the sealed provided satchel at your nearest Post Office the day of your rental return due date. If your return due date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, you may return by post the following business day. This must be done at the counter, not in the yellow express post boxes.
    2. Return via drop off to our Hurstville location
    • Please do not attempt to wash or dry clean your item, We will dry clean the item upon return ready for the next person to enjoy!
    • Place the item back into the garment bag provided, and drop to our Hurstville location at the agreed time with your stylist. Please note address will be provided at the time of booking
