Cancellations & Refunds

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, style issues, postage delays, change of mind or cancellations of bookings.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at hausofwhire@gmail.com and will get back to you shortly.

All cancellations must be advised 14 days in advance of the booking date to be eligible for a credit note valid for 12 months. When canceling within 14 days to the rental period, you will not be eligible for a credit note or a refund.
