Yes! You can reserve your item(s) up to 6 months in advance. Reserve your item via our website or contact us at contactus@hausofw.com.au and will get back to you shortly.

Select a 4 or 8-day rental period. We recommend starting your booking period 2 business days before your event to ensure delivery in time for your event.

Express postage available with all orders, including return satchel. Alternatively, pickup your item from our Hurstville location - be sure to select this option when checking out your order

Full payment must be made at the time of booking to be confirmed. No need for dry cleaning, we do all that for you!

We are all about convenience! We are all about convenience! Especially for those women who prefer to try on the dress before making the commitment. Our HQ is located in Hurstville Sydney and offer appointments which allow customers to try on dresses before renting.

Hire fees are non-refundable in the event of a booking cancellation.

If you wish to cancel an order, you are required to contact us via email contactus@hausofw.com.au 14 days in advance of the rental reserve booking date to be eligible for a credit note, minus a $25 cancellation fee. You will not be eligible for a credit note or refund if cancellation is advised after this notice period.

A credit note will be issued within 12 months from the date of cancellation. If the items(s) have already been dispatched from Haus Of W premises, a request for cancellation will not be accepted and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit note.

At the commencement and conclusion of all hires our dresses are professionally cleaned by our trusted dry cleaners. Our dresses undergo a three step hygiene, sanitising and PREC cleaning to ensure high heat temperatures kill all germs and bacteria from hire to hire.

We take care of dry cleaning free of charge upon return of the garments so that all you need to do is wear the dress and feel amazing!

You can select a 4 or 8 day hire period.You may request to hire the item for an extended period incurring an additional fee. You may request this by emailing us at contactus@hausofw.com.au

If the dress gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, then you will be liable to pay for the replacement of the item.

In assessing the replaceable value, Haus Of W Hire will take into account, the demand of that dress in the market, the availability to purchase that dress in the market, the condition of the dress, and the rental fee that you have already made.
We know that this is a rare and unfortunate event, and rest assured, we’ll work out the best solution for you. 

Please do not attempt to repair the damages to the garment. 

Simply place your dress in the return pre-paid satchel included in your order and lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) or place in a YELLOW Express Australia Post Box by 4pm on your return date. Drop offs to our Hurstville HQ are also accepted - please contact us at contactus@hausofw.com.au or 0450 017 640 to arrange this.

We rely heavily on timely returns; by posting your dress back late you are potentially inconveniencing another customer. If you return your item(s) late you will incur a twenty five dollar ($25.00) late fee for every day you are late. If you are unable to post your item(s) back by 4pm on your return date please contact us at contactus@hausofw.com.au or 0450 017 640 to advise.
